Queens Podcast: Summertime Fun Recommendations!

F-Yeah History

We love, love, LOVE this blog. You know how a lot of history blogs are dry and boring? Okay, well that is NOT F Yeah History at all. Their articles cover just about every topic so there’s something for all y’all. So, if you’re brushing up on Why Henry the VIII was such a dick or wanting a new perspective on Civil Rights events (which we highly suggest) we promise you’re going to leave this page educated and highly entertained.

Also, when we first were getting started, F Yeah History was the first creator to support us on social media and share our content. So, yeah. We are kind of in love with F Yeah History. Follow them on Twitter, where the love affair began!

Oh! And if reading ain’t your thing (we don’t judge. Our whole thing is reading and telling you about it so you don’t have to), they’ve got a YouTube channel going as well! Enjoy!

What a Creep Podcast

If you are a regular listener to Queens Podcast then you know… history is full of assholes and creeps. And in the What a Creep Podcast, Margo and Sonia dish on creeps, living and dead.

Y’all this show is so addictive, I don’t know how it’s not on the top of every “Podcasts You Need to Know” list. Seriously, I could listen to these two impressive ladies talk about creepy guys (and a couple of ladies…ladies is creeps, too) all day long.

As a lifelong Today Show viewer, I felt personally duped when the Matt Lauer scandal broke so I really really appreciated their take on his douchebaggery.

You’re Dead to Me

You’re Dead to Me calls itself “the history podcast for people who don’t like history”. Hosted by Greg Jenner (who you may recognize from “Horrible Histories“) each episode has two guests. One is a professional historian who is at the top of their field regarding the subject at hand and one guest who knows nothing on the subject and is just along for the ride!

It’s honestly so delightful and we think you’ll like it. A few other topics we think fans of Queens will like:
